Income Tax Planning Review Class

Richard received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1976 from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Professional designations include EA (Enrolled Agent), CFP® certification, ATA (Accredited Tax Advisor) and ABA (Accredited Business Accountant).

Richard holds the NASD Series 7, Series 63 and Life, Accident & Health licenses. He started his own practice in 1976 as a tax consultant and preparer and since 1988 Richard has served as president of his firm, Chartered Consultants, Inc.

As an experienced instructor, Richard has taught financial planning courses at Harper College since 1994, in-house courses for broker/dealers and a controlled agent course for the National Society of Tax Professionals.
